Project Details: Smartsourcing, an innovative company specializing in outsourcing solutions, recognized the need to enhance its recruitment efforts through social media. The CEO wanted to stray away from the usual "hard-selling" style of building brand presence.
Strategy: Promotion of company culture—its PEOPLE. To attract top talents, we need to effectively communicate the vibrant and joyful culture at Smartsourcing through storytelling and visual content, showcasing the happiness, fun, and camaraderie of its people.
Building on the success of the initial culture-centric social media marketing campaign, we aimed to further enhance its employer brand by incorporating social impact initiatives and wellness programs into its online presence. We sought to showcase its commitment to meaningful social causes and employee well-being to attract candidates who align with these values.
